Our Team

Warwick Gair Builders was founded by Warwick Gair in 1979 — a craftsman who began his building career in 1969 and built a business on hard work, honesty, and doing things properly. Warwick’s commitment to quality and client relationships laid the foundation for a company that’s now into its second generation, still carrying the same values forward.

Today, WGB is led by Director Alastair Gair, with a team of experienced project managers, foremen, and trusted subcontractors who share a deep commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and client care.

Many of our senior staff have been with the company for over a decade. Every project is led by a dedicated project manager with more than 20 years’ experience — each of whom worked their way up through WGB as a foreman. This ensures consistency, accountability, and the highest standard of execution across every build.

Behind our leadership team is a dedicated crew of skilled carpenters, apprentices, and support staff — many of whom have trained and grown within WGB. We invest in our people, retain great talent, and take pride in building homes and teams that stand the test of time.
